The Health Benefits Committee (HBC) monitors the activities of the Division of Retirement and Benefits (DRB) and the Retiree Health Plan Advisory Board (RHPAB) concerning proposed changes to the retiree health insurance plan and reports to the RPEA Executive Board and the RPEA membership. Legislative Information

The Legislative Information Committee monitors pending legislation that might affect public employees and retirees in the PERS, TRS and JRS retirement systems, updating the Executive Board and the RPEA membership on a regular basis. Learn more...
Membership

The Membership Committee initiates and manages recruitment drives to encourage Alaska public retirees and future retirees to join the RPEA. The Committee also gathers and reports membership statistics, as needed, and reports to the RPEA Executive Board and the RPEA membership. Learn more...
