RPEA is dedicated to monitoring and protecting the retirement benefits earned by its current and future retiree members. Substantial changes are now being made to our Health Plans.  Your Board has engaged a law firm, experienced in health care law, to help us further define the impacts on retirees and advise us on options to address our concerns with the changes.

RPEA has established a Legal Fund to pay for these unplanned legal fees.  Your donation of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more will help ensure that we receive the necessary legal advice. Contributions to the Legal Fund will not be used for RPEA administrative needs but only in support of legal assistance protecting retiree benefits.

Note:  Contributions to the RPEA Legal Fund are not deductible for federal income tax purposes as charitable donations.
